At Dried Sage, every piece is thoughtfully selected and designed to be timeless.
If for any reason your order isn’t right for you, you have the right to return it within 14 days from delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging

Products must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Personalized or custom-made items are non-refundable

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned once worn, unless defective

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item, using the original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Warranty
All Dried Sage products are covered by a 24-month legal guarantee of conformity, as required under EU law.
This guarantee covers manufacturing defects or lack of conformity present at the time of delivery.
It does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Scratches, oxidation, or natural aging of materials

Damage caused by improper use or accidental impact
