These Sales Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase of products through our website www.driedsage.com ("Site"). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. About Us

Dried Sage offers jewelry designed with love, crafted from sterling silver, gold plating, natural stones, freshwater pearls, and cubic zirconia.

2. Products

We take great care to display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to handmade elements and natural materials (such as freshwater pearls and gemstones), slight variations in color, shape, and size may occur, making each piece unique.

3. Orders

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email.
Orders are subject to availability. If a product is no longer available after your order is placed, we will inform you and offer a replacement or a refund.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in Euros and include VAT where applicable.
Shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes (where applicable) are not included and will be calculated at checkout.

We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.

5. Payment

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods as displayed at checkout.

Payments must be completed at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.

6. Shipping

We ship worldwide at a flat rate of €5.99.
Shipping is free for all orders over €50.

Delivery times vary based on location. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.

7. Returns and Exchanges

If you're not in love with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days from the delivery date.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original packaging.

  • Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

  • Customized or personalized items are non-refundable.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item received is faulty or wrong, in this case the return shipping costs will be refunded).

Before returning an item, please contact us at hello@driedsage.com and include the completed Return Form (see below) as well as some pictures of the product received.

We will then confirm if the item is eligible for a return and find the best solution for you.

Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item received is faulty or wrong, in this case the shipping costs will be refunded).

8. Warranty

Our jewelry comes with a 90-day warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidental damage

  • Improper care or storage

  • Loss or theft


To request a warranty evaluation, contact hello@driedsage.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our Site, including images, designs, text, and logos, is the property of Dried Sage and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
 You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dried Sage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the use or inability to use our products.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
